Analysis and Design (A&D)

Here we analyze our client's in-scope operations from wall to wall, identifying scores, or even hundreds of activity-level,
non-technology improvements. A rigorously detailed business case quantifies the hard dollar financial benefits and traces these to the line item level in the operating budget. Client sponsors set priorities and The Lab develops a self-funding implementation work plan for the improvements. At least 20% of the improvements represent "quick hits". With simple implementation tasks, these deliver documented benefits beginning in six weeks, or sooner.

Implementation

Implementation is where The Lab's capabilities really shine - delivering
across-the-board, measurable benefits beginning within weeks of the Phase II launch. We work onsite with our clients to streamline work activities, implement process change, and redesign job positions. We establish operating metrics to track ongoing performance and ensure continued, long-term gains. The Lab guarantees that the documented hard dollar benefits in the first year exceed total fees for the project. Most projects self-fund (recoup all costs) with six months, or less.
