Once the project scope is determined, a standard Phase I proposal can be developed and delivered in 1-2 days

A proposal consists of an engagement letter and a presentation document

The Lab requires minimal information to develop a standard Phase I proposal:
  • Size of the organization(s) to be analyzed: Approximate head count
  • Location[s] of the organization(s)

  • Text description: objectives, scope, deliverables, fees and terms
  • The Lab's performance guarantees
  • The Lab team staffing plan
  

Presentation document includes:

  • PowerPoint style description: objectives, scope, timeline, output
  • Project launch checklists
    • Administrative tasks
    • Logistical needs
  • Project communication plan
  • Announcement letter (draft)
 
Once the proposal is approved, The Lab can typically start the Phase I project within two weeks
